Hello! My Name is Sierra, I am the cookie artist behind Novel Cookies! I started Novel Cookies in March of 2022 as a fun way to showcase my love of books. Each cookie is a handmade, edible work of art made in Portland, OR. In the summer of 2023, Novel Cookies moved into a commercial kitchen space, became lisenced as a commercial bakery, and now offers custom orders and limited edition cookie sets - all celebrating books!
